Returns Policy

Special Order Items are not eligible for return.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be returned at the owners expense.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order and a RA# for use on the return slip sent with the part(s).

Warranty Information

If you received a defective part that is in need of a warranty, please fill out the Kimball Appliance Parts Warranty Claim Form.

Shipping

Most orders submitted by 2:00 MST ship out daily, excluding Saturday, Sunday and US Major Holidays.

Orders with a mix of in-stock and back-order items will ship out as available, meaning in-stock items will ship out same day (if placed by 2:00 MST) and the back-ordered items will ship as soon as Kimball Appliance Parts receive the part. If you would like the order to not ship until all items are in stock, please check the Ship Complete box during checkout.

Please note, there are some oversized items that may not qualify for our standard flat rate shipment fees. In the event that you purchase one of these oversized items, you will be contacted about the additional freight fee prior to fulfillment.
